Board of Directors
New Life Christian School is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors who prayerfully and strategically guide the long-term health and direction of the school. The Board’s core responsibilities include:

-
Upholding and protecting the mission, vision, and values of the school
-
Providing oversight through the Board’s Strategic Plan and Strategic Financial Management
-
Ensuring the long-term sustainability of the school for future generations
-
Supporting and holding accountable the Head of School
-
Promoting and supporting philanthropic efforts that advance the mission of the school
The Board entrusts the Head of School with the responsibility for the school’s day-to-day and annual operations. This includes oversight of enrollment, curriculum, faculty and staff, the annual budget, student discipline, and partnership with parents. The Board does not function as a court of appeal in school matters, as these are within the Head of School’s purview.
Parent Involvement
Parents play a vital role in the life of our school community. We invite and encourage involvement in a variety of ways—from volunteering as parent ambassadors, to serving on the PAGE (Parent Action Group for Excellence), to supporting school events. Financial contributions also play a crucial role in helping our school thrive.
At times, parents may be invited to serve on Board committees or the Board itself, contributing their gifts and leadership to the broader mission of New Life.
Our Board of Directors is deeply committed to fostering a Christ-centered, collaborative community. We are grateful for the many ways parents, staff, and Board members work together as the Body of Christ to nurture and equip our children.
