Tuition & Fees

Registration Fee:

There is an annual registration fee of $175.00 per student in grades K–6 and $200.00 per student in grades 7–12, due August 1st. The registration fee is non-refundable. Full payment of the registration fee is required.

(No one will be allowed to attend until this fee is paid)

For any student entering school during the fourth quarter, the registration fee is half of the normal fee or the cost of materials, whichever is greater, up to the full fee amount.

Pre-Registration:

Pre-registration is required for planning purposes. A $30 deposit is expected at the time of pre-registration, applicable to the annual registration fee. Returning students are required to pre-register on or before April 1^st. Late fees of $10 per month will be charged to those who do not meet this deadline. Late fees are not applied to registration fees.

Tuition Fee:

The annual tuition fee schedule is as follows:

$3,730.00 for 1st child
$2,040.00 each for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th child
5th child – no charge
BOCES students – $2,625.00

Part-Time Student Tuition:

The annual tuition for any student who is attending three or fewer classes is as follows:

$750.00 per full-credit course
$375.00 per half-credit course
$190.00 per quarter-credit course

Due Dates:

Registration fee is due August 1st
Tuition is due in 10 monthly installments beginning on August 15th
Grace Period: 15 days past due date.

Discounts:

Referral Voucher Program:
Those who truly believe in a Christian education and who have seen the benefits in their children’s lives certainly would want to share this with others. As an incentive, we offer a $500.00 discount off the annual tuition for every family that an NLCS parent refers to NLCS that subsequently registers their children. Further information about this program and voucher forms are available from the school business office.

Pastor or Full-Time Ministry Discount:
There is a 10% discount available to all active full- or part-time pastors and all those involved in full-time
ministry.
