All faculty and staff have a genuine love to work with children. Everyone serving the school in leadership and staff member capacities must be committed to the Lordship of Christ and the divine inspiration and authority of His Word—the Bible.

Get to Know Our Staff

Mrs. Patricia Richmond is our Principal.  Mrs. Richmond 's verse that she likes is Romans 8:1   She is also active in her church youth ministry at Cazenovia Assembly of God.  Mrs. Richmond brings a lot of great ideas and enthusiasm to the school. "I want to be used by Him in whatever capacity He wants to use me. I believe that New Life Christian School is where God would have me be right now."  We are very happy to have her. 


Mrs. Richmond and her husband, Jeffrey, have three grown children and reside in Morrisville.

Mrs. Brenda Coe is our School Secretary of New Life Christian school.

One of her favorite bible verses is Philippians 4:13. "I love working at NLCS because of the love you receive here. There is always a hug when you need one. I love that Jesus can be freely talked about and God is exalted. Everything is taken to prayer first, it is very cool to see God at work and part of this Kingdom."

She and her husband, David, and their three daughters live in Eaton, and attend Plymouth Alliance Church in Sherrill.

Mrs. Wendy Noble is the school’s Business Manager. Mrs. Noble has been an accountant for over 20 years, working for CPA firms and local companies before starting at the school in 1989. Mrs. Noble received her B.S. degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. "My children attend NLCS because of God’s Word in Deut. 6:6-7. His commandments are to be upon our hearts and impressed on our children. We are to talk about God’s Commands at home and when we 'walk along the road.' NLCS provides curriculum and the atmosphere to support our efforts at home to impress God’s Word upon our children’s hearts."


Mrs. Noble and her husband, Warren, have four children. The Noble family resides in Eaton and attends Randallsville New Life Church.

Mrs. Loretta Coons teaches the three and four-year-olds our SonShine Preschool. She attends church at Oneida Full Gospel Assembly. Her favorite scripture is Psalms 91:1-16 that is interesting to read if you look it up and read this scripture. The purpose for her teaching at the school is to help the kids that she teaches to see what the Lord does for everybody that believes in him. She is God's instrument to the younger generations. She says that if there is someone in need that she will do as much as she can to help that person in need. "That there is No way to get to heaven except through Jesus Christ, our Savior." 

Mrs. Bonny Gosney teaches Kindergarten. One of the many bible verses that she Knows and picked out was II Corinthians 10:4,5.  She loves the lord, and desires to teach the young kids all that she can about God and the love he has for all of us. " This is the best place in the world to work because of the tremendous support and encouragement. The school is spiritually oriented and we are interested in the welfare of the whole child-spirituality, academically, emotionally, physically, etc."

Mrs. Gosney raised her three children, and lives in Morrisville. She and her husband, Claude, attend Randallsville New Life Church.

Mrs. Susan Herring teaches First & Second Grade, and was honored for her more than twenty years of teaching at New Life Christian School, beginning the same year the school started in 1983. Proverbs 3:5+6 is a verse that she loves to look at and read. She said that, "It is a unified effort to raise up the children in the way they should go." Mrs. Herring received her Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Brockport.

Mrs. Herring and her husband Charles have three grown sons and live in Eaton.  They attend West Eaton Baptist Church.

Mrs. Murdock teaches Third & Fourth Grade. One of the many verses that she likes is Psalms 92:1. She says "that we are all in it together and I believe we can work out some of the snags we run into by good communications & Prayer. Prayer being the most important and first thing to do." She loves arts and crafts, she tries to work her favorite crafts in her third grade class.

Mrs. Murdock and her family attend the Manlius United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Elaine McCaslin teaches Fifth Grade and is the Elementary Coordinator. "The kiss of the sun for pardon. The kiss of the moon for mirth. One is nearer God's heart in the garden. Than anywhere else on earth." She loves to teach, and to make her teaching as fun as possible but also very right. She is involved in the PTO and if anyone is interested in helping that they contact her. She helps out by producing a new generation of strong Christians. She attends the Randallsville New Life church.

Mrs. Anne Houseman teaches Sixth Grade and Seventh Grade history. "But seek first his Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to us as well." Matthew 6:33 "It has been a blessing and a honor to teach at NLCS." "I love watching my students grow academically and spiritually. Using scripture to teach every subject equips them for every good work." (2 Timothy 3:15-17) 

Mrs. Houseman and her family attend Plymouth Alliance Church in Sherrill.

Mrs. Marchette Paul teaches 7th Grade, Physical Education for K-12, Health, Jr. High Science, and Environmental Science.  "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

She and her husband, Jim, and their four children live in Morrisville, and attend Resurrection Life. "I enjoy working with the students, all the different ages, personalities, and abilities."

"I also enjoy working in an atmosphere where God is welcomed in and I can continue to learn and grow in Him and through Him."

Mrs. Debi Pierce teaches 8th Grade, Art, Music, and Life Skills, and is the facility advisor for Yearbook and Worship Team.


Her favorite verse is Psalms 63:1-8. The 6th and 7th grades are working on their annual tabernacle and look forward to any help that is offered.

"God has called me to work in a place where I can develop and share His gifts. I love to arrive in the morning and see the children's faces and get a hug, hear a song, and find God's beauty in the hearts of my students. Although there are struggles at times, God's work is evident throughout this place."

Mrs. María Fairfield teaches Spanish levels 1-3 and Math and Physics .  Mrs. Fairfield was born and raised in Colombia and received her M.S. degree at the Manufacturing Engineering University of Rhode Island.  Her favorite scripture is Zephaniah 3:16-17. She has three home places: " where I live now with my family, My home up in heaven with the Lord, and My home country Columbia. " "Teaching and parenting have been my most challenging jobs." She says that the students are great the other teachers are her friends and Mrs. Richmond is excellent.

Mrs. Fairfield and her husband Scott have two children, and live in Canastota. They attend Hope Christian Fellowship.

Mrs. Bisha teaches Math. "I would rather be in the dark w/ Jesus-than in the light on my own." Psalms 121:1-2 is one of many bible verses she chose. She wants everybody to know that she loves Jesus and he is the one that loves her. She has an amazing family, ministry, and job. "Coffee, chocolate, music, and sleep are some of my favorite things. God has also blessed me with very special friends." She sings in a ministry with other women called "Tapestry." She enjoys teaching math to the students. The staff and students of this school make coming to work very rewarding and joy filled. "There are not many places you can freely encourage others in Christ and be encouraged in Him in return. His presence is here."

Mrs. Bisha goes to church at Crossroads Community Church in Chittenango with the rest of her family. 

Mrs. Laura Coleman teaches High School History classes. Her favorite verse is Proverbs 3:5-6 and her quote is "Statesmen may plan and speculate fair liberty, but it is Religion and Morality alone which can establish the principles upon which freedom can securely stand" John Adams

She graduated in Elim Bible Institute in 2001, and getting a degree in Bible, missions, and education. She enjoys it for the fact that she is able to teach in a Christian environment. Where she is not just teaching history but of God as well.

Along with her teaching duties, she also coaches girls basketball. Mrs. Coleman is also the children’s church coordinator at her local church, Resurrection Life Fellowship, in Eaton.
